1) Features:
-Save, Get, and Remove Icons from all disks, folders, and files.
-Drag 'n Drop nearly all icons and NeoIcon† will get the icon!
-10 levels of undo/redo!
-Multiple Selections and Deseletions.
-20 tools, 19 of them are done (remember that this is only release 0.8). Featuring a Text tool, magic wand, chalk, and charcoal.
-Floating palettes for both the foreground and background colors.
-You can edit 256 colors, 16 colors, 2 colors and masks icons, both large and small.
-Pressing the option button will automatically make the current tool to the eye dropper tool.

-The Text tool DOES work. It just doesn't show the insertion pointer.

-When using the Text tool, if you select another color, the tool will turn off. If you hold down the option button when selecting the color, the text will change colors and the tool won't turn off. (The option button is check at end so you only have to press it when you let go of the mouse button).
-Lighten and Darken tool now works properly.(there was a problem with an uninited var)
-Paste Pictures from Clipboard that come from somewhere else.
-Fixes the Tool selecting delay, causing slower Macs to switch to the tool the mouse IS currectly over, as opposed to WAS over when clicked.

-Turns off some tools when not editing the 256 color icon.
